My name is Cailee Clark (she/her) and, like you, I entered adulthood with some rigid thoughts and limiting beliefs. After spending 15 years as a kinesiologist, regularly hearing “You’d make a great therapist!”, I decided to do just that. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and values, creating space for meaningful self-exploration that supports alignment, purpose, and fulfillment in daily life and decision-making.
As a clinician with lived experience, I provide neuro-affirming support while operating from a person-centred and biopsychosocial lens. From this foundation, I facilitate an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques used in cognitive behavioural (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused (SFBT) frameworks. I strive to incorporate a decolonized, vegan-informed, and culturally competent lens to my practice by inviting a tutorial stance into the room, leaving clients feeling seen and supported, not burdened.
I also work with couples. My clinical internship emphasized Gottman methodologies to improve friendship and intimacy in relationships, and my personal work includes an emotion-focused (EFT) foundation to improve communication and conflict management. In our work together, I aim to create a non-judgmental, respectful space where you feel safe to reflect honestly, express yourself freely, and apply practical strategies to support your growth. While developing the trust and connection needed for genuine sharing can take time, I hope that our collaborative process will bring you greater peace with your past, confidence in the present, and hope for the future.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy teaching Taylor Swift-themed fitness classes, art in various forms, spending time with my partner and our adorable doggie, and eating delicious treats!
