I’m a PsyD student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University, with a Master of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (2020) and a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology (2009). I work with clients across a range of ages and backgrounds, supporting them through a wide variety of mental health challenges, life transitions, and the process of healing from trauma.

Since fall 2024, I have been part of the team at Pacific Maple Psych Centre, where I have helped clients navigate difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life stressors. I take a hopeful, collaborative approach, encouraging clients to explore their strengths, gain insight, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

I first discovered my passion for clinical psychology as an undergraduate while assisting with mood disorders research at the Royal Ottawa Hospital. My career path has included work as an organizational coach in human resources, where I supported individuals in reaching their goals, and I now bring that same curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving spirit to my clinical work.

I value creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in making positive changes. Outside of work and study, I enjoy reading memoirs and non-fiction, spending time in nature, travelling, and being with family and friends.
