I am a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) graduate from Adler University with a background in developmental cognitive neuroscience from the University of Western Ontario. I am currently pursuing registration as a psychologist in British Columbia.
My passion is helping others overcome challenges and live their best lives. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from emotion-focused, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness-based frameworks. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, deepen emotional awareness, and develop greater self-acceptance.
I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I also have experience working with gender-diverse individuals and those in consensually non-monogamous (CNM) relationships, and I aim to provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space that respects each person’s identity and relationship structure. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, develop a stronger sense of self, and build the confidence and tools needed to navigate life with greater clarity and authenticity.
I also provide psychological and psychoeducational assessments for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, and substance use. I support clients in developing the insight and practical strategies needed to enhance well-being and daily functioning.
Outside of my work, I value movement, connection, and spending time in nature.
