I’m a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University, and I completed my bachelor's with honours at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). As a Punjabi-speaking clinician, I’m passionate about making mental health care more accessible and culturally responsive, especially given the stigma that persists in many communities, including my own.
My background includes extensive forensic experience providing psychological assessments and therapy within provincial and federal institutions. This work strengthened my ability to connect with people from complex backgrounds and to stay grounded in challenging settings.
At Pacific Maple Psych Centre, I focus on psychological assessment and individual therapy, offering services in English and Punjabi (with conversational Hindi). My approach is thoughtful, direct, collaborative, and human.
Outside the clinic, I’m usually playing competitive ice hockey, exploring new restaurants, or at the chessboard.
