I bring over 25 years of experience in the counselling psychology field, and I support children, youth, adults, couples, and families through a wide range of concerns. I work with anxiety, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, stress and burnout, grief, trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, family conflict, workplace bullying and stress, and health-related challenges such as chronic pain, diabetes, and surgery adjustment.
My approach is holistic, heart-centered, and forward-thinking. I integrate Counselling Psychology, Executive Coaching, Neuroscience, and Lifestyle Medicine to help support meaningful change. I draw from both traditional counselling methods and innovative approaches so that therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on real-life progress.
