I am a current PsyD student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey of self-discovery and growth. My goal is to deeply understand each person’s unique life experience and work collaboratively to enhance overall well-being. Through my clinical training and practicum experience, I have had the opportunity to work with both youth and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, and personality disorders. I also have experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed modalities.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy playing volleyball, exploring the trails of North Vancouver with my dog, and discovering new corners of my home city.
