Therapy and Assessments for
Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities
Serving Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, online or in person
From the Tri-Cities, getting downtown is easier than many people expect. The Millennium Line connects Lafarge Lake-Douglas, Coquitlam Central and Moody Centre to the Expo Line, and on weekdays the West Coast Express runs commuter trains from Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam Central and Moody Centre straight to Waterfront Station, steps from our office.
Many Tri-Cities families use a mix of both: virtual therapy during the week, and in-person visits for assessment testing at our office at 470 Granville Street.
How Tri-Cities Clients Use Our Services
Train to the door
Waterfront Station, the last stop on the West Coast Express, is a short walk from the Rogers Heritage Building. SkyTrain riders can transfer from the Millennium Line to the Expo Line at Lougheed Town Centre and ride to Granville Station.
Help for OCD and anxiety
Some of our clinicians use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the leading evidence-based therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder, along with CBT and ACT for anxiety, panic and avoidance.
Teens and young adults
Our virtual groups for adolescents (13 to 18) and young adults (19 to 29) run for eight weeks with no more than eight members, so teens can join from home after school.

Questions from Coquitlam Clients
Is there an office in Coquitlam?
No. Our office is in downtown Vancouver, reachable by SkyTrain or the West Coast Express. Therapy can also be fully virtual.
Do you offer ERP for OCD?
Yes. Some of our clinicians use Exposure and Response Prevention. Mention OCD when you book so our team can match you with someone who offers it.
Can my teenager join a group?
Yes. The adolescent group is for ages 13 to 18, runs virtually for eight weeks, and is led by registered psychologists. A $200 deposit confirms registration and is applied to session fees.
How long does an assessment take?
It usually starts with a 1.5 to 2 hour virtual interview, followed by one to three in-person testing sessions of about four hours each, online questionnaires, and a one-hour feedback session.
