Psychologists and Therapists
for Burnaby

In-person care one SkyTrain ride from Metrotown, or virtual sessions from home

Many of our clients live, work or study in Burnaby. Our office is in downtown Vancouver at 470 Granville Street, a short walk from both Granville and Waterfront stations. From Metrotown, Royal Oak, Edmonds or Patterson, the Expo Line runs straight there with no transfer, which makes in-person therapy and assessment testing practical even on a workday.

If travelling in does not suit your week, therapy can happen by secure video instead. Many clients mix the two, starting in person and switching to virtual sessions during exams, busy seasons or when they are unwell.

Questions from Burnaby Clients

Do you have an office in Burnaby?

No. Our only office is in downtown Vancouver, at Unit 619, 470 Granville Street. For most Burnaby clients it is a direct Expo Line trip, and therapy can also be done entirely by video.

Can a student get an ADHD assessment for accommodations?

Yes. Our assessment reports include findings, a diagnosis where applicable, and recommendations you can share with your school's accessibility services. Each institution sets its own documentation requirements, so it helps to check what yours asks for.

Is there a lower-cost option?

Yes. Supervised doctoral students offer therapy at $120 per session, with regular supervision from a fully licensed psychologist. Group therapy is $60 per session.

Do I need a referral?

Not for psychology or counselling. A physician's referral is only needed for MSP-covered care with our consulting psychiatrists.

Other Areas We Serve

We also see clients from nearby Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey and Delta, and from across British Columbia by video. In-person sessions take place at our downtown Vancouver office.
