Online Therapy for
Greater Victoria
Licensed BC psychologists and counsellors by secure video, from James Bay to Langford
Victoria clients see our clinicians by secure video for therapy. That opens up our whole team, including clinicians with experience in trauma, ADHD, autism and relationships, without needing to take the ferry.
For assessments that need in-person testing, Harbour Air floatplanes and Helijet both fly from Victoria to downtown Vancouver, a short walk from our office. The ferry from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen is the slower, lower-cost option.
What Victoria Clients Should Know
Is virtual therapy a good fit?
It works well for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and stress. If in-person care would serve you better, your clinician will talk with you about it.
Students and young adults
Video sessions fit around classes at UVic and Camosun College, and our virtual young adult group (19 to 29) runs for eight weeks with up to eight members.
Relationships
Many Victoria clients want help with dating, attachment and partner conflict. Couples therapy is also available by video.
