Psychology Services for Abbotsford
and the Fraser Valley

Therapy by secure video, with in-person assessment days planned around the drive

Abbotsford is roughly an hour's drive from downtown Vancouver, so we organize care for Fraser Valley clients around that reality. Therapy, follow-ups and group sessions can all happen virtually, and you only travel in when an assessment needs face-to-face testing.

Virtual sessions work well for students at the University of the Fraser Valley, shift workers, and parents who cannot spare half a day for a commute. Clients in Mission and Chilliwack use the same approach.
