Psychology Services for Saanich
and the Peninsula
Video therapy for Saanich, Central Saanich, North Saanich and Sidney
Saanich and the Peninsula are well placed for both kinds of care we offer. Therapy happens by secure video, and when an in-person visit is needed, the Swartz Bay ferry terminal and Victoria International Airport are both close by.
Common reasons people on the Peninsula reach out include grief, trauma, caregiving stress, life transitions and relationship strain. Our clinicians see adults, couples, families and youth.
Support for Life's Harder Seasons
Grief and loss
Whether a loss was sudden or long expected, grief can show up as exhaustion, anger, numbness or guilt. Several of our clinicians work specifically with grief and bereavement.
Caring for someone else
Looking after an aging parent, a partner or a child with extra needs can leave little room for yourself. Therapy can help you cope and set sustainable limits.
Getting to Vancouver for testing
Take the ferry from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen, or fly from Victoria International Airport to YVR and ride the Canada Line to Waterfront Station, a short walk from our office.

Questions from Saanich Clients
Is there an office on the Saanich Peninsula?
No. Our only office is in downtown Vancouver. Peninsula clients do therapy by video and travel over only when an assessment requires in-person testing.
Do you see older adults?
Yes. Many of our clinicians work with adults of all ages, including people navigating retirement, health changes and loss.
Can a family member join a session?
Some of our clinicians work with couples and families. Let our team know who you would like to involve when you book.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly for psychology or counselling. A physician's referral is only needed for MSP-covered psychiatric care.
