Online Psychology Care for
Kelowna and the Okanagan
Therapy by video from anywhere in the Okanagan, and assessments worth the trip
Kelowna clients usually work with us entirely by video for therapy. Sessions run the same way they would in our office: the same clinicians, the same session length and the same confidentiality, without leaving the valley.
When an assessment is the right next step, the trip is simpler than it sounds. Flights from Kelowna land at YVR, and the Canada Line runs from the airport to Waterfront Station, a short walk from our office at 470 Granville Street.
Working with Us from the Okanagan
Flying in for testing
Testing is booked in sessions of about four hours. Tell our team you are travelling from Kelowna when you book, so sessions can be scheduled to keep your trip as short as possible.
Students
Virtual therapy fits around classes at UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College, and our psychoeducational assessment reports can support requests for academic accommodations.
Big life changes
Many people move to the Okanagan for work, family or retirement. Therapy can help with the loneliness, identity shifts and relationship strain that big moves bring.

Questions from Kelowna Clients
Can I see a Vancouver psychologist while living in Kelowna?
Yes. Our clinicians are licensed or registered in British Columbia and can see you by secure video anywhere in the province.
How do I get to your office from the airport?
Take the Canada Line from YVR-Airport Station to Waterfront Station. Our office is a short walk away in the Rogers Heritage Building.
Will my extended health plan cover virtual sessions?
Coverage depends on your plan rather than where you live. Many plans that cover a registered psychologist in BC also cover virtual sessions, but check with your provider.
Can adults be assessed for autism or ADHD?
Yes. We assess adults as well as children and teens, and many of our adult clients are seeking answers for the first time.
Other Areas We Serve
We also see clients from nearby Kamloops and Abbotsford, and from across British Columbia by video. In-person sessions take place at our downtown Vancouver office.
